‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that it looks like Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is really preparing to leave Genoa City, or at the very least go out to the Abbott cabin where her son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has prepared a getaway for her.
Diane came into Genoa City absolutely hated and no one wanted to give her a chance. However, she continued to work for her relationship with her son, and proved that she was really here to mend the wrongs in her life and try to start over with her family.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: What Would Happen If Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) Were To Actually Be Killed By Jeremy Stark (James Hyde)?
While it looked like things were beginning to turn around, she had an unexpected guest from her past come raging back in the form of Jeremy Stark (James Hyde), and now, many are worried about Diane’s life and the lives of her family members as Stark is a terrifying criminal who will stop at nothing to get his money.
With so many emotions around Diane, viewers are wondering if the writers would actually kill her off. It would be a hell of a move to get rid of a character like that, but they did it once before, even if they retconned it decades later. It would add enormous stakes to Kyle and Jack and make their fight against Stark that much more fervent.
While I’m not sure it would come to this extreme, I think there is still a possibility that Diane’s life is in danger, and if Stark gets his way, he could end it. It’s going to take a huge defense from her family to keep her safe, but if she does end up being killed, we may get to see a darker side of Jack that we do not see often.
What do you think? Is there a chance that they would kill off Diane and what do you think Jack would do about it if that were to happen? Let us know in the comments below.
