‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that things are getting tense between Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman)! So much so that Ashland may be overstepping his leash a bit too much and trying to manage the company as though it’s his.
While he’s ready to just throw Adam out with force, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) wants to watch him crash and burn on his own so she has a reason to fire him and “prove” herself to her father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), yet again.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Tensions Boiling Between Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) And Ashland Locke (Robert Newman)!
Something has seemed to switch in Ashland lately, and when he came into this city the “Lochness Monster”, he has since become more domesticated since being with Victoria. Though, he may have been just waiting for his time to strike. Marrying Victoria and getting into Newman Enterprises was just the first step, but now, he’s ready to start pushing the envelope and getting what he wants.
However, there is one big thing standing in his way, and that’s Victor. Not only has Victor dug into his history behind the hospital in Peru, but he also sent Michael Baldwin (Christian Le Blanc) down there to investigate for himself. Seems that Ashland and his ex-wife, Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) had more in common than they thought, tax evasion.
If they end up getting Ashland through tax evasion like they got Tara for embezzlement, I’m going to be upset. It’s so dumb and too easy. Someone like Ashland needs to go out with some granduer. Not for peanuts.
