‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that while she had some reservations about letting Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) go to Chicago with another woman and her son, she allowed it to happen and even packed them goodie bags for the trip. Sure, she gave Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) the cold shoulder a bit, but who in their right mind would let this happen?

To make things worse, I think we can all assume that Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) accident is going to cause the death of Rey, thus leaving Sharon feeling guilty for what happened. Had she said no to this madness, Rey would never have left at that moment to go get the tickets.

Sharon will hold herself responsible for what happened, and may even lash out at Chelsea a little for ‘trying to steal her husband’ or something. Sure… Sharon is the ‘therapist’, but I don’t think she’ll be able to treat herself. If Rey does in fact die while out there getting tickets, it’s going to be a whirlwind of emotions.

Not to mention, what about Connor Newman? The poor kid has been idolizing Rey and was looking forward to this more than anything. Not only is he going to miss the hockey game, but he may of just lost a pillar of support in his life right now. While he has his father, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman), he hasn’t gotten to see him much, and Chelsea hasn’t been enough to hold him up. Rey was the one keeping it all together, and it may have just cost him his life.

What do you think? Will Victoria’s crash kill Rey and do you think Sharon will blame Chelsea for what happened? Let us know in the comments below.
