‘The Young And the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) probably just did the absolute worst thing she could have done.
She is supposed to be faking her death, but showed herself to her daughter, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and swore her to secrecy. Summer can’t tell anyone she knows, including her husband Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
It gets worse. Not only can she not tell Kyle the truth, but the truth itself would actually set his mother, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) free and allow her to live her life as she was.
However, Phyllis put so much pressure on her daughter, and now Summer’s relationship is going to go downhill even more and Phyllis has risked her entire plan. It doesn’t make sense.

I know Phyllis has her fans, don’t get me wrong. But, I cannot stand her. I don’t understand what there is to like? She puts her nose in everyone’s business, pins murders on innocent people, and is the biggest hypocrite I’ve ever seen in my life.
Now, she’s completely endangered her daughter by bringing her in on her little scheme, and I don’t see a redeeming factor.
I think her fans are beginning to turn on her after looking through the comments of the latest YouTube video. Fans are not exactly thrilled about what she’s done to Summer, and I don’t blame them. It’s a terrible move and is going to cause nothing but trouble.
What could possibly be her plan? How in the world is she going to make this right? It seems to be that Diane is going to suffer either way… so how long can Phyllis hold this up?
Phyllis just needs to come clean. I don’t care if Diane gets set free and Phyllis is locked up. It’s what’s right. Don’t fight me on this.
