‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) have finally been informed that Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is not actually dead and that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is indeed innocent as she says.
However, the big problem is that there isn’t actually any evidence that supports Daniel Romalotti Jr’s. (Michael Grazaidei) story.
This has brought everything to a stand still and even Daniel is feeling stuck between a rock and a hard place. It will be interesting to see how he reacts to Jack and Kyle taking things into their own hands, but I don’t think he’ll mind too much if it can free Diane and potentially help Phyllis with her ‘story’.
However, I don’t think this plan is going to work, and they will land Diane in hot water.
After discovering Phyllis’s situation, Michael insists they must tread lightly.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) Seals His Mother’s Fate By Breaking The Law?
As Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) said, they need evidence and to take this step by step, of course, there is no way that that is going to happen and in a preview for next week, we see Jack and Kyle searching the hotel room that Phyllis was staying in.
While they want to help Diane and potentially prove her evidence, we think that this will make things worse.
They are not taking Michael’s legal advice, breaking the law, and even if they do get evidence it may not be able to hold up in court because of how it was obtained. They’re actually doing a huge disservice to Diane right now and should have just let Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) or someone else investigate the hotel.
Furthermore, they are doing what they think is best for Diane, but in the end, it may just land her and them in jail.
What do you think? Will this make things for Diane worse and will Jack and Kyle end up being arrested for what they are doing anyways? Let us know in the comments below.
