‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Sally And Billy Started As A Rebound Relationship
Sally and Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) rebound relationship appears to be going well on the surface, but trouble is brewing. Phyllis Newman (Michelle Stafford) and Billy recently entered into a business arrangement.
Sally recently confided in Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) about her fears concerning Phyllis working for Billy.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) cheated on Sally with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan), and Sally’s heart was broken.
What made it even worse for her was that Sally had already suspected Adam had slept with Chelsea, and instead of coming clean and admitting it to her, he lied to her face. Billy was ultimately the one to tell Sally the truth.
Billy and Sally’s bond may have been built on mutual heartbreak since Chelsea cheated on Billy with Adam, and when Billy and Sally first got together, they were both fresh out of their respective relationships.
However, Billy and Sally recently got closer when they went on a romantic trip together. Little did they know that Phyllis was dreaming of Billy while Sally and Billy were enjoying the charm and elegance of Paris.
Recently, Phyllis went missing, and Billy has been apprehensive about her. He’s starting to sense that something sinister may be behind her disappearance, and he’s right.
Phyllis being held hostage may change the game because once she’s free, she may feel like life is too short not to take chances and try to claim Billy for herself.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Phyllis May Decide She Wants Billy For Herself
Phyllis may make an impulsive move and catch Billy off guard by kissing him. Phyllis isn’t one to back down when there’s something she wants, and clearly, she wants Billy.
However, Billy adores Sally and wouldn’t want to hurt her. He may not mean to, but he could still have feelings for Phyllis deep down.
Phyllis and Billy were once a couple, but he cheated on her with her daughter, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier). Billy, being Billy, slept with Summer to retaliate against Phyllis because she slept with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Obviously, there was plenty of betrayal, blame, and blunders to go around.
Before she was kidnapped by God knows who, Phyllis was inserting herself into Billy and Sally’s relationship, which triggered intense animosity between Phyllis and Sally. The two of them have made no secret that they don’t like each other.
Phyllis hangs around Billy and now works for him, which makes Sally uncomfortable, but Phyllis often goes after unavailable men to make her rivals jealous.
Although, it seems like Phyllis is honestly attracted to Billy as she was dreaming that it was her in Paris with Billy, not Sally.
We suspect that once Phyllis comes out of this bizarre kidnapping situation and finally goes home, she may make some advances toward Billy.
Sally should be wary of Billy’s connection with Phyllis. She would love nothing more than to steal Billy from Sally.
In this case, Sally could learn a thing or two about fighting dirty from her friend, Audra. Sally may need to fight for her man.
