‘The Young and The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers confirm that the soap will turn up the heat this winter. “It’s going to be an exciting winter,” Griffith revealed in Soap Opera Digest.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: There Is Hope For A “Shick” Reunion
The triangle to watch for is Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), and Phyllis Newman (Michelle Stafford).

Recently, Billy and Sally took their newfound romance to the next level by hitting the sheets.
Spoilers suggest a love triangle is in the works for Billy, Sally, and Phyllis. Stafford has chemistry with most of the men she’s been paired up with on the soap, and we can see how that story could be intriguing.
However, when Billy and Phyllis were together, Gina Tognoni played the fiery redhead. We’ll see how it goes between Stafford and Thompson.
Many fans have been hoping to see a “Shick” reunion. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) seems to be the only one who doubts Sharon Newman‘s (Sharon Case) story.
We’ll learn more about Ian Ward‘s (Ray Wise) and Jordan Howard‘s (Colleen Zenk) motives toward Sharon and the Newmans. It looks like they will also specifically target Claire Newman (Hayley Erin) and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes).

Griffith also calls Claire’s romance with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)
“A Romeo and Juliet story just waiting to happen.”
Of course, he’s referring to the warring families, the Abbotts and Newmans.
Speaking of which, the war between Victor Newman (Eric Braden) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will “take center stage.”
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victor And Jack Continue To Play Chess
Victor thinks he’s won, as everything seems to fall into place for him in his marriage and his corporate endeavors. He’s acquired Chancellor for Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and thinks everything will go smoothly with him, Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), and Glissade.

However, Griffith hints,
“Let’s not count Jack out.”
In the never-ending battle between Victor and Jack, he said,
“It’s always one chess move and then another chess move. Victor may think he’s gotten the last move, but he hasn’t captured the king. Jack still has a few cards up his sleeve,”
He explains.
Griffith also reveals that he had the idea to rebuild the Newman Ranch as the historic Ranch for the 13,000 episode. That milestone was huge, and Griffith knew it was the perfect time to do it.
He talked about the day he unveiled the new set to Eric Braden and Melody Thomas Scott.
“We kept our plans to reintroduce the ranch under wraps.”
We didn’t tell them until Emmy night in June,
“I think. I knew they would be happy, but when they walked onto the set, Melody just instantly started going to every part of the set going, ‘Oh my God, this was here before, that was here before, and Eric just went over to his chair and stood behind it, and I saw tears in his eyes. I went, Okay. This worked!”
Griffith summed up his Y&R winter preview,
“I think that from now until the end of 2024, fans can look forward to a roller coaster of suspense, romance, family, explosions, and twists and turns like they haven’t seen,”
He exclaimed.
