‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers suggests that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) may be way more into Sharon Newman Rosales (Sharon Case) than she is to him. Is Chance headed for yet another broken heart?
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Rebounding
Y&R’s Chance is on the rebound. He has been grieving the loss of his marriage to Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and is starting to put his life back together after the rocky end to their relationship.
Chance got his own apartment and offered the Chancellor mansion to Abby and her boyfriend, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). He made this decision because his son with Abby, Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (River & Rainn Ware), was having trouble bouncing between the mansion and Devon’s penthouse.
Chance decided that it would give Dom more stability to be at the mansion all the time. Chance would be able to have his visits with Dominic there. He also felt ready to get his own place and start something new.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: A New Relationship
The other new thing in Chance’s life is a relationship with Sharon Newman Rosales (Sharon Case). The couple has been friends and have been there for another in tough times.
When Chance went through his break-up with Abby, Sharon lent a listening ear. When Sharon faced the evil terror of Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby), Chase did all he could to help.
He ended up saving Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) by disarming the bomb vest that Kirsten strapped to her. They have emotionally supported each other through some very difficult moments.
They also have shown some signs of attraction to one another, but that took a startling turn this week when Chance got a glimpse of Sharon’s enthusiasm for her new project. Her excitement and passion were infectious, and they kissed. One thing led to another, and they ended up making love in Sharon’s office.

Chance returned to Crimson Lights the morning after. He tells her that he can’t stop thinking about her. He asks if they can get together after he gets off work. Sharon declines, saying she has some important work to do. She definitely does not match his level of morning after enthusiasm.
Is Chance going to want more from this relationship than Sharon? Is she just looking for a fun distraction while he wants something more? How does their age difference impact their different expectations? What does the future hold for this couple?
