‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to close the week out with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Friday, October 10 looks like it’s going to have a turning point as Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will look to change the narrative.
Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) will be proud of their ‘reporting’ when Cane walks in.
He’ll call them out for not having any facts and that he intends to sue them for defamation. Adam won’t be too worried, but it tracks with what we expected.
Cane will promise there will be a new story to come, and that will make them nervous.
Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will pay Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) a visit. They’ll talk about Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and she’ll admit she hurt him, but she doesn’t regret her choice.
She’ll make sure to defend Cane without hesitating and how he wasn’t talking revenge over the article when she left.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Friday, October 10: Cane’s changing the narrative
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers are curious how this will play out. We’ve been thinking he was faking having AI to have everyone turn on each other.
We even expected him to lure Victor out for a defamation lawsuit, and that’s been accomplished.
It won’t be hard for Cane to prove it when discovery happens and Victor must share his sources. Assuming they follow the laws us mere mortals have to.
But more than that, Cane will get with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and tell her to get ready. He’s going to change how everyone looks at him, and that could be a couple of ways.
Either he’ll launch the AI and take everyone down, or he’ll launch his own publicity tour.
Perhaps he’ll turn all the property he bought up into a huge public park or something useful.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Friday, October 10: Jill’s two sons
There’s no doubt that Cane is the son Jill always wanted, She’ll defend him to Jack without hesitation.
She’ll also have no problem standing by her decision to betray Billy, despite knowing she hurt him. She’s till playing the victim and claims to not know how to make it right.
Maybe treat Billy like a son instead of a red headed stepchild?
This will be a good scene as she’ll tell Jack she doesn’t think Cane had anything to do with his father’s con.
Jack won’t be so sure, but it’ll give him a angle into communicating with Cane going forward. Hopefully, before Cane retaliates after Victor messed everything up.
What is Cane’s plan? Let us know in the comments below.
