‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Thursday, October 9 is going to have some spice as Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will have nothing to lose.
Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) will question Cane about if he knew of his father’s final scam and he’ll deny it. Then Victor’s smear piece will come out and the game will change.
Things will heat up when Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) arrives and yells at him some more. She’ll also encourage their kids to turn their back on him and forget Cane exists.
Jill will beg him to redeem himself, but is there a point with Lily turning the kids against him?
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will share his hope Jill will get the AI and give it to him, so he can use it against Victor.
Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will whole heartily endorse his plan. So much for taking the high road, though we can’t blame Jack for going to Victor’s level.
Looks like Cane’s plan to let them unravel themselves is working.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers aren’t surprised that Victor published the hit piece on Cane. What we are surprised at is how quickly Lily will take everything from him.
As Cane will point out, there’s noting linking him to his father’s alleged scam, but no one will care.
Jill will beg him to redeem himself. Even as Lily will come in and blow up any chance Cane has with reconnecting with his kids.
Lily will tell him she’s going to encourage their kids to sever ties with him. Jill will try to help, but Cane will feel he has nothing else to lose.
If the AI is legitimate, then this would be the time for him to use it.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Thursday, October 9: Jack goes full Victor
We’re kinda surprised that Jack intends to use the AI to destroy Victor. We’ve gotten used to him taking the high road and expected it to be Diane’s idea.
Either way, Victor definitely deserves it if it were to happen. Of course, it depends on if Jill can get the AI from Cane to hand over.
More likely, there is no AI and Cane is letting everyone destroy themselves and open up the possibility for him to sure Victor for slander.
