‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers here and we’re set to close the week out in style.
It looks like we’re going to have a fun character building episode on Friday, August 8 and we can’t wait!
Things are going to get heated when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) approach Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
She’ll want them working together to help their kids, but we expect it to turn ugly pretty fast. Diane and Phyllis getting along will happen on the far side of never, in our opinion.
Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) will ask Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) for help with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).
He’ll step in to tell Kyle to talk to her and fix things, and we have a feeling it’s going to get pretty dicey business wise for Kyle no matter what.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Friday, August 8: Like fire and ice
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers think Phyllis will have the best of intentions. After all, it is for the benefit of their children if she, Diane, and Jack can work together.
Unfortunately, we expect things to fall apart quickly.
Phyllis doesn’t play nice with others even when she has to, so it’s only a matter of time until things fall apart.
She and Diane will compete to see who if the worst mother as accusations and blame fly.
Poor Jack will be caught in the middle of it trying to keep everyone calm, but we doubt he’ll be successful.
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For Friday, August 8: Kyle’s put on notice
Speaking of the dysfunctional kids, Summer will ask Victor to help her with her custody case. Since she has no clue Kyle’s working with him, he’ll put Kyle in a no win scenario.
After agreeing to help her, he’ll talk to Kyle.
We think this will be along the lines of him telling Kyle his son’s happiness is more important than Glissade.
In other words, Kyle’s head will be on the chopping block.
We’re curious how this will work out as Victor no doubt loves using Kyle against his family. Sure, he’ll toss him aside when he’s done with him, but what if this doesn’t work out?
We have a feeling it’s going to come down to either Kyle or Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver), and Victor may be better off getting rid of Kyle.
There are a few ways this could go, but Kyle is connected to his family and Audra isn’t, so risk won’t matter to Victor in the end.
