‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that over the years we have had some pretty good villains pass through the show. Most recently, we got to experience Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) and Jeremy Stark (James Hyde).
Both played the role very well, but ultimately, their characters fell apart, and they didn’t seem as frightening.
Locke become a lovesick puppy lusting after Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) of all people and for some reason, Stark decided he could trust Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford).
We should have known that was going to end the way that it did. But now, we have Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) returning, and he could become one of the most dangerous villains in Genoa City.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby) The Most DANGEROUS Villain?
With Kirsten speaking to Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster), we’re already concerned for her wellbeing and how she may be in danger of being kidnapped. We know what Kirsten has done in the past to Sharon, and he has had decades thinking about how he was going to get payback, and now it’s time for Sharon to pay, unfortunately.
Thankfully, she has many good men in her corner, like Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).
However, hopefully the writers can make this villain much more dangerous and scary than the most recent two. If they end up making Kirsten lust after Sharon and just want to make reparations for his past, then all of the drama is lost. Give us some intense drama and make him an actual bad guy that we fear and everyone else fears.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that we want anything bad to happen to Faith, we just don’t want them to ruin the evil character of Kirsten for a cheap story about making amends and trying to get everyone to forgive him!
What do you think? Would you like to see Chance and Sharon get together after this, and will he be the hero of the storyline and not Nick? How long do you think Kirsten plans on being around, and would he ever hurt Faith to get back at Sharon? Let us know in the comments below.
