‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that in a preview for this coming week, Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) gets a disturbing phone call, and this time, someone else has been in a car accident. I know what you’re thinking, didn’t we just do this?
Not only is this the 10,000th car accident in Genoa City over the years that involves a character we know, but we’re not even sure who it will affect. Are they really just going to throw someone into a random car accident to generate a storyline? I surely hope not.

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Another Car Accident?! – Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) Gets A Strange Phone Call
After writing Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) off the show with a car accident, and having Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) save Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) just continued a long, drawn-out storyline that no one asked for. As for this new car accident, I’m not sure what they’re going to come up with.
The only thing I can think is putting Ashland and Victoria into another one after another preview showed them getting into an altercation after Victoria threatened Ashland about her security. Maybe he will try to kidnap her and do whatever he’s planning to do off the ranch.
Either way, I think I’m ready for this storyline to be over and I cannot wait to get into some of the other stories.
