‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that we all assume that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) is going to come to the rescue of Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). Sharon, as we know, just received a secret bottle of wine from someone who we think is her old flame Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby).
She has teased that someone from her past would be returning and it makes sense as Ashby is married to Susan Walters (Diane Jenkins) in real-life.
If you remember, Kirsten was abusive to Sharon and stalked her, and from the way they have shown this mysterious person peeping in through the coffee house window, it definitely feels like she could have a stalker again in Kirsten. Sharon could be in danger, and it’s a matter of time before she needs some help.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) SAVES Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) In SHOCKING Turn Of Events? NOT Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow)?
We have been seeing a lot of people assume that Nick will be her knight in shining armor, it will lead them back together and could free him up from Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to go back with Adam.
It all makes sense, but therein lies the problem… it makes sense. This is Genoa City, surely something different is going to happen and we think that Adam could actually be the one who defends her from Kirsten.
While we all know and love Nick and Sharon, Sharon has always had a soft spot for Adam and surely, he could be the one who comes to stop Kirsten, throwing his relationship with Sally to the wind, and leaving an opening for Nick and stay with Sally.
This would be frustrating, annoying and exactly what I would expect from the writers of Y&R today.
Of course, this will leave Sharon wondering what she really means to these men and why Sharon is so much more important to them than her.
What do you think? Will Adam or Nick come to Sharon’s defense or could it be her newer love interest Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd)? Let us know in the comments below.
