He’s finally here! The Bold and the Beautiful star Jacqueline MacInnes Wood is a mom! The soap star, who is best known for her role as Steffy on the hit CBS soap, has just shared the first pics of her newborn baby boy, Rise Harlen. This is the first child for Jacqueline and her husband, Elan Ruspoli.

Jacqueline shared her photos of her baby boy on her Instagram account. And yes, he is so adorable! She also explained why she and her husband Elan chose the name Rise for their newborn.

The stunning brunette wrote, “Our hearts are so full. We chose Rise because to us Rise means growth, the simplicity of moving forward. We look to our son as an uplifting force toward positive change and a better world. Thank you for going on this incredible journey with me! Giving me great tips and telling me all about your pregnancy/delivery stories.”
A lot of Jacqueline’s social media fans offered their congratulations and posted comments for the actress. Some of them included, “Congratulations to you and your family and many blessings to come. My heart is full with you,” along with, “Congratulations he is perfect and absolutely adorable! Enjoy every moment.”
Another fan wrote, “Congratulations on the birth of your son, he is beautiful just like his mommy. You are gorgeous for just given birth a few days ago. Remember to take care of yourself too, lots of first time mommy forget about themselves.”
Jacqueline is currently on her maternity leave from The Bold and the Beautiful. She hasn’t stated when she will be back on the soap. It’s also been reported that writers will adjust their story lines, depending on how much time Jacqueline will need at home with her new bundle of joy.
