Wyatt is not about to make the biggest mistake in his life without reevaluating a few things. Darin Brooke, who plays the character on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way to Soaps in Depth, “So, Wyatt and Sally are happily in love; everything’s going well and then when they are in an intimate moment, Sally calls him the wrong name. No one – man or woman – would ever like that to happen, so it does kind of give Wyatt pause as to whether or not he’s making the right decision about moving forward.”

If that weren’t enough, Wyatt still can’t get his high school sweet heart Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) off his mind. Even though Sally and Wyatt have gone through so much together, there’s no denying that Wyatt still has feelings for the beautiful blonde.
Darin further explains, “When Wyatt asked Sally to marry him, it was spontaneous and romantic and even though he still had feelings for Flo, he could never see a future together with her after what she did. Then, she stepped up and saved Katie’s life with the kidney transplant, and she also did it without wanting credit. That really impressed Wyatt. Don’t get me wrong, he still loves Sally, but after her slip, he’s beginning to really wonder just how much she loves him.”
