‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that a number of the Forrester family members are set to undergo major changes as a result of Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) health issue, most notably Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
It has been extremely taxing for Steffy to see Eric struggle, but she takes comfort in John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) heroic efforts to save her grandfather.
It’s likely that Steffy’s appreciation for Finn’s steadfast devotion will make her love for him even stronger. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) would soon get a major wake-up call as a result of this revelation.
Steffy’s outlook on life and the value of living in the present changes in the wake of Eric’s health crisis. Steffy might act very differently when Liam comes up to her in an attempt to make amends.
Because of Eric’s precarious predicament, Steffy may decide to say that she is done with Liam’s games, even though she had previously rejected him politely. She could tell him straight out that she doesn’t want to pursue a reunion and to stop pressuring her for one.

Maybe Steffy will talk openly about what happened during Eric’s experience, pointing out that life is too short to put up with Liam’s constant attempts at making amends. Steffy may be greatly impacted by Eric’s health issue, which could give her the confidence to give Liam a firm rejection that makes him realize their love is over.
This change of events may also make Liam realize how disconnected he is from Steffy’s life. Liam might feel alienated as he learns about the turmoil and disorder inside the Forrester household.
Liam’s feeling of estrangement might also be heightened by the developing relationship between Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) during this turbulent time.
The dynamics of the Forrester family, especially Steffy’s perspective on her relationships, are expected to change significantly in the wake of Eric’s health crisis.
