‘The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B)’ spoilers find that Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) seems to have picked herself up just fine after being tossed out of her home, her job and, of course, her ‘loving’ marriage to Eric Forrester (John McCook).
Knocking on ole’ Abs McGee, aka, Carter Walton’s (Lawrence St. Victor) door, Quinn gets right to flirting with her lover as she discusses divorcing the man she pledged to be madly in love with only 2 episodes ago.

It is hard to blame Quinn…
For his part, Carter was worried about his job, but seemingly forgot the name Zoe, and the fact that he was engaged until about 2 days ago, also.
While it is on brand for Quinn to pick herself up, dust herself off and keep on marching…

While fans of the show are ready for Quarter to keep on keeping on, this was just one scene that highlights the problems with The Bold’s writing. The whole Baby Beth saga took 10 months. Yes, 10 months, yet Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) left the show like she was taking a bathroom break, and central couple Eric and Quinn got zero follow up on the disastrous vow renewal.
In lieu of what could have been drama personified, we had to watch Lope (Liam Spencer- Scott Clifton and Hope Logan- Annika Noelle) reunion #366.
Pacing has always been a problem with this soap- who could forget the super-human way Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) got over her opioid addiction. Perhaps it is the 30 minute episodes, perhaps the writers have taken too much Adderal with their coffee.
While we can all admire Quinn for shooting her shot- and scoring, let’s give her time to unpack her suitcase and find the clean lingerie…shall we?
