‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers has had to scale back a LOT these days due to the pandemic. With less characters interacting with each other and strange camera shots to keep the actors socially distant (and let’s not get started on the mannequins), the storylines have become the biggest casualty, watered down, repetitive and just plain unimaginative.
But Bold fans have not let their imaginations run dry. They’ve been busy speculating on possible storylines that could come up, now that the vaccine is promising to allow life to return back to almost normal.
So, what kind of mess would you like to see the writers create in the lives of our favorite fashion designers and their families?
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Best Fan Conspiracy Theories…and We Want Yours!
Dr. ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) is by far the easiest character to speculate over. Eight months in, we still have ZERO backstory on the hot doc. According to spoilers, the identity of Finn’s parents, namely his mother, will come into question soon.
Fans have pegged the doctor’s mom to be everyone from Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards)–making Flo “newly minted” Logan (Katrina Bowden) his sister– to Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) being Finn’s long lost Mommy Dearest .
The best theory we’ve heard so far is that Finn’s father is Ricardo Montemayor (Victor Rivers) the jeweler/diamond peddler Quinn denied murdering back in 2014.
Another great Finn theory is that he is NOT a doctor at all. Finn is actually a sociopathic mental patient who is hell bent on kidnapping Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). Maybe Finn’s Mom will come in and expose his dark desires?
While this sounds a little more at home in Salem on Days of Our Lives than in L.A. on The Bold and the Beautiful, if it gives a little more depth to the doc, I’ll take it!
Finally, the bady-daddy DNA switch has to be the least satisfying conclusion of any hyped up storyline this year. Hopeful fans believe that head writer Bradley Bell has more up his sleeve in regards to this. One fan has fingered test result switcher, Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) himself to be the real father!
Vinny could have slept with Steffy when she was drugged to the eyeballs and so while he did switch results, it wasn’t for the reasons we think. We never did hear officially that Finn IS the dad, only that Liam is not.
Sure, timing will have to be explained, it may be the world’s longest pregnancy, or Steffy could be a LOT further along that anyone thought. However it is explained, I’m going to put my stamp of approval on THAT theory!
