‘The Bachelor’ spoilers find that a fan has decided to ‘fine’ Matt James for “wasting her time” after he sent her favorite contestant home last week. And Matt paid up!
Last week on the ABC controversy-fraught reality series, Matt share intimate time in the fantasy suites with his three top ladies, Rachael Kirkconnell, Bri Springs and Michelle Young. At the end of the episode rose ceremony, Matt had to send one lady home and it was Bri who was sent packing.
This did not sit well with many Bachelor fans, but one decided to do something about it.

Bachelor fan, Victoria Hammett shared to TikTok “I was watching The Bachelor Monday and someone went home who I did not want to go home. So, I did what any other sane person would do. I found Matt James, The Bachelor’s Venmo and I charged him money for wasting my time.”
She added, “He accepted my request. He paid me $1 for wasting my time! Thank you Matt James. You can kiss me with your eyes open any day.”
But Matt’s good sportsmanship didn’t end there! The 29 year old Bachelor lead saw Victoria’s TikTok and responded, “Now take that dollar and get some chap stick.”
Does that mean he, too, is down to kiss Victoria (with his eyes open)?
It’s been a tough season for not just Matt, but everyone involved in the Bachelor franchise, even contestants from seasons past. That, however, isn’t stopping the new season of The Bachelorette from quarantining its contestants in New Mexico as we speak.
I guess some people still believe in finding love on screen, but for Matt, who spoilers say it doesn’t work out so great for in the end, he should probably look Victoria up and take her on a date. One that costs him a little more than $1!
The Bachelor three hour season 25 finale airs Monday, March 15 at 8pmET on ABC.
