‘Teen Mom 2’ spoilers find that there is never a dull moment in these young mom’s lives, and there is definitely no love lost between co-stars Kailyn Lowry and Briana DeJesus.
Now their feud is heating up with Kail filing a lawsuit against Briana, claiming that Briana made untrue statements about Kail, defaming and harming Kailyn’s character.
According to the complaint filed late last month, Kailyn makes claims that Briana, “a long-time foe of Lowry, asserted that Lowry physically beat Christopher Lopez, the father of two of Lowry’s sons, and broke into and entered the home of Mr. Lopez’s mother.”

Chris is the father to 3 year old Lux and 1 year old Creed. Kailyn has two more sons- 11 year old Isaac (with Jo Rivera) and 7 year old Lincoln (with Javi Marroquin).
The lawsuit further claims that Briana’s slanderous statements were shared on her social media where she has amassed over 1 million followers. It also asserts that Briana’s “defamation concerning recent untrue statements” were entirely made “for the purpose of causing Lowry harm.”
A statement from Kailyn’s ‘people’ stays that Kail is “disheartened” and takes Briana’s “untrue statements very seriously. ”
The statement concluded, “After necessary self-reflection, Kail has decided to handle this situation with Ms. Dejesus by exercising her legal right to protect herself and her brand in court. She is hopeful for a quick resolution of this matter so this feud can finally be put to rest.”
Kailyn is requesting compensatory and special damages as well as reasonable costs and attorney’s fees along with a jury trial for her emotional/personal harm and harm to her ‘brand’.
Briana’s comments about Kail’s alleged domestic abuse were fueled by Kail’s recent absence from a Teen Mom 2 episode. Briana accused Kailyn of being inauthentic and that he was trying to hide the incident which saw her being cut from the show.
For his part, Chris refuses to be filmed by MTV’s cameras, so no matter what happened between the co-parents, it couldn’t be shown to MTV audiences.
Kailyn and Briana’s feud goes way back, when Briana dated Kailyn’s ex-husband, Javi right before joining the show in 2017. Kailyn added fuel to the fire recently by having Briana’s first baby daddy- Devoin Austin on her popular podcast.
Briana has two daughters: 9 year old Nova with Devoin and 4 year old Stella with Luis Hernandez
Briana and Kailyn have ping-ponged from being frosty toward each other to outright screaming matches turning physical at Teen Mom 2 reunions. The next one sure should be interesting to watch, to say the least.
