Actress Allison Mack will learn her fate next month in the racketeering case levelled against her for her part in the NXIVM sex cult.

The former Smallville was set to be sentenced in September 2019 after she plead guilty to sex trafficking and conspiracy to commit forced labor charges.

The sentencing was pushed back almost two years so authorities had more time to properly investigate all the charges pressed against Mack.

On June 30 it will be decided if Mack is guilty of racketeering, a type of organized crime in which the perpetrators “set up a coercive, fraudulent, or otherwise illegal scheme to repeatedly or consistently collect money or other profit.”

If she is found guilty, the former star is looking et the business end of a 15 year prison sentence.

The NXIVM cult has been in the media for a couple of years now, starting when Dynasty star Catherine Oxenberg worked with other ex-members to expose the going-ons within the cult and to retrieve her daughter, India from deep inside.

Cloaked as a self-help organization, NVIVM promised to tap into members’ unused potential, helping them flourish in both a  professional and personal manner. However, the further members got involved, the more sinister the organization became.

Levelling up within the cult soon led to members being branded and higher-ups, including Mack, owned ‘slaves’ within the cult. Blackmail and brainwashing was used to keep the slaves in line.

The cult’s founder and leader, Keith Raniere, who went by the title of “The Vanguard” and kept a harem of women (some underage) who needed to be available for sex at any given time, was sentenced to serve 120 years behind bars.

He was convicted on seven felony counts including sex-trafficking, child pornography, and racketeering. Raniere’s devoted followers still say he is one of the smartest and most ethical people alive. They describe him as a soft-spoken, humble genius.
