That’s because she has a very difficult decision to make after finding out that the baby that she was raising as her own actually belongs to Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) instead. Sarah has been through hell and bank these last several months and unfortunately for the pretty brunette, things will get much worse before they get better. That’s because she will be forced to give up Baby Mickey and to none other than Kristen DiMera, who happens to be the child’s biological mother. If that weren’t enough, Sarah will soon find out the truth that it was her fiancé Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) who swapped Kristen and Sarah’s babies on the day they both gave birth. Sarah’s baby had actually died, but Xander gave it to Kristen instead, making her believe that she was the one who gave birth to a dead child.

Needless to say, this is a lot for someone like Sarah to try and comprehend all at the same time. And now she has to give up that baby to a woman who has always been considered one of the most wicked people in Salem? How is Sarah going to ever recover from all of this emotional damage?
Of course, there’s always a chance that Sarah might end up fighting for Baby Mickey. After all, Kristen isn’t what you would call motherhood material, right? However, it’s going to be a very bloody fight until the end!
