On Seeking Sister Wife, Garrick Merrifield and Dannielle Merrifield got dumped by Roberta Pache, the woman that they wanted to make their second wife. She had gotten her visa approved and was going to move to Colorado from Brazil, but after her mother got sick, she decided to stay there.
As soon as they talked her into coming, she broke up with them via text message and they were devastated. It looks as if they have moved on very quickly though and are already meeting another woman in Mexico.

From what we have seen of the Merrifields, they seek out women to join their marriage from all over the world. When they were courting, Lea, she ended up kissing Garrick and this was one of the main reasons that Roberta couldn’t stay with them any longer.

She felt that Garrick cheated on her before they got married and this really upset her. They courted Roberta for three years and sent her thousands of dollars and this is one of the reasons that the Merrifields think that she scammed them.
It looks as if they have found another woman to court and she is also from Brazil. At the end of the fourth season of the show, we learned that they have not spoken to Roberta since she texted them and they are dating this new woman. They are planning on meeting her in Mexico, where they also met Roberta, and hopefully she will become part of their marriage.
The show is filmed about a year in advance so it does look as if the Merrifields did go to Mexico for their 15th wedding anniversary. Dannielle shared a post with fans, “We made it to Mexico! I am so blessed to share this life with you, my handsome King. I look forward to all that God has ahead of us. He has kept us strong through all the trials and shown us his true love.” Could this also be the trip where they meet the perspective wife?
Of course, they can’t drop any rumors if they are meeting this new women because that would break their NDA. We do hope to find out more soon and from the looks of it, if there is another season of the show, they will more than likely appear on it with this mystery woman from Brazil.
