For the remake, Bárbara de Regil took over the role. After a lot of twists and turns, Rosario was sent to prison for her crimes, but season 3 spoilers suggest she’s now on the other side of the law. In a similar twist to La Reina del Sur (Queen of the South), she’ll be forced to work with the authorities to take down the narco that fooled her last season to rescue her kidnapped daughter, Rubí. Get ready, because it’s sure to be a crazy ride.
