Prince Harry and Meghan Markle received loud boos after returning together to royal events in the United Kingdom for the first time in two years. They were initially greeted with small cheers but were quickly drowned in boos as they walked from St. Paul’s Cathedral.

The couple was met with disdain in early 2020 when they had announced that they were quitting life as royals to go live in America so Markle could do films and shows for Netflix and not be burdened by the duties required by a noble. This was made worse when the two sat down with Oprah Winfrey accusing Harry’s family of racism.

They returned this week to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee but it seems that they are not at all welcome by the people. Only a third of Brits support the Duke of Sussex while less than 25% think positively of his wife. Meanwhile, the queen remains the most respected royal with 80% supporting the 96-year-old queen.

The video shows Harry and Meghan walking out and all you can hear after a small cheer is a booming and echoing BOO from the crowd as they walk down the stairs and approach a car. It was deafening and not surprising considering their last two years in the public eye.

It’s interesting how in just two years they can make so many people not stand them in two different countries. Not only are they receive boos when they return there, but they don’t have many fans in the United States either! What is going to be their next plan?

What do you think? Are you still a fan of Meghan and Harry or have they burnt too many bridges in the last two years? Let us know in the comments below.
