    So, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal the new year has hit Salem. However, it’s already not looking good for Sonny and Will Horton (Chandler Massey). Last we saw them, they were at odds over Sonny having let Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) stay at Casa Kiriakis. Now, teasers say Sonny will try to make up for their argument. While Sonny managed to smooth things over with Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston), we have a feeling it’ll be a bit harder to with Will. Especially since Sonny threw that cheating out there.

    Speaking of people having a rough 2023 already, Sarah is still coming to terms with what she learned about Xander’s alleged job. To deal, it sounds like she’s going to open up to other members of the family, including Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans). And if that promo clip a while back is any indication, this will lead Bonnie to take some action against the man who traumatized her.

    In related ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers, Xander is obviously struggling now that his worst fear came true. But he shouldn’t worry—Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) is still on his side. And it sounds like she’ll do her best to help Xander through all this. She’d better hope it works and he’s ready to be there for her, too. We have a feeling she might need support as well once Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) learns the whole story. Especially since she lined up a second “kidnapper” to keep Bonnie from learning and exposing the truth.

    Finally, there’s Alex. Teasers reveal he and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) are getting closer. And it sounds like that Christmas fun with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) was a temporary thing for the holiday. Now that a new year’s begun, it seems Alex might not be so happy about Chad’s proximity to Stephanie. Expect this to lead nowhere good, as Stephanie didn’t appear to be happy with Alex in the weekly preview.
