Omid Scobie’s new book, “ Endgame,” will address alleged racism in the royal family amid Harry and Meghan Markle with their outrageous claims.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made a lot of accusations about the royals. When the couple sat down with Oprah for their infamous interview in March 2021, they claimed that an unidentified royal family member had expressed fears that Harry and Meghan’s son, Archie, might be “too brown.”
The Color of Archie’s Skin Was Supposedly Questioned
The supposed worries about the tone of Archie’s skin arose due to Meghan being of mixed race. During that interview, Harry and Meghan also spoke about the lack of support they received from The Royal Family when the British tabloids were attacking them.
They explained that Meghan was especially vulnerable to these attacks because she is a woman of color who had been thrust into a predominantly white institution.
When discussing the title their child would receive, some family members allegedly had concerns about the baby’s skin color.
Meghan, in particular, was very “offended” and claimed that there were “several conversations” with Harry about “what that would mean and what that would look like.”
The idea that Archie could be “too brown” was allegedly a significant issue for them. Harry and Meghan did not want to talk about who it was in the family specifically, saying that “it would be too damaging for them.”
Queen Elizabeth responded to these accusations in the most stable and dignified manner,
“The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.” She continued, “The issues of raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.”
She finished her response by adding,
“Harry, Meghan, and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”
Omid Scobie’s New Book, “Endgame” Will Cause Controversy
The Sussexes have denied helping Scobie with his “research” for his last book, “Finding Freedom.” However, Meghan Markle later admitted in the High Court she had been instrumental in creating the controversy.
Omid Scobie revealed the cover of his new book, “Endgame.” The cover features three royal couples: Prince William and Kate, King Charles and Queen Camilla, and Prince Harry and Meghan.
“Endgame is likely to stir up the controversy again. It will only make the rift between Harry and his family even more substantial.
Rumor has it that “Endgame” will contain a lot of bombshells that will rock the royals. Some rumors even suggest that the person in question who made those racist comments will finally be named.
The book’s publisher, HarperCollins, has said that the book will “have the whole world talking.” Scobie also expressed that the book will reveal secrets about the treatment of Harry and Meghan Markle. It is the treatment that the family should “be ashamed of.”
Harry also said in the book that his brother often called his wife “difficult,” “rude,” and “abrasive.” It is even rumored that he has frequently referred to Meghan as “that bloody woman.”
No matter which side you are on, “Endgame” will undoubtedly cause friction and disarray for the royals and further distance them from Harry.
