Stranger Things fans could have their chance at a really big piece of Stranger Things memorabilia because the Victor Creel house that was featured prominently in S4 has just gone up for sale in Rome, Georgia. The thread on Reddit where a lot of the fans were congregating and actually willing to pitch in and buy the place, mentioned that at one time the place was an actual bed and breakfast.
Some fans have proposed that they partner with Stranger Things and turn the house into a haunted house attraction and monetize it, which honestly would be an idea. But some people in the thread are commenting that the house will probably come complete with ghosts since it is the south after all.

Some redditors were speculating that maybe the owners didn’t like all the publicity the house got after season 4, but the real story is the Stranger Things producers found the house when they were in the middle of renovating the property so any publicity they got would have just added interest to a property that they were already going to sell.
We tend to forget that people do buy houses in order to renovate and flip them for a higher profit in the end. It looks like the last selling price for the house was around $350K, that was back in 2019. It is now listed at a cool $1.5M and the movie credentials are right there in the Zillow listing, it’s clear that the owners know what they’re doing.
The house has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, so it’s definitely spacious enough for anyone who has a large family. It also has a good amount of land with it. The foyer and entryway looks remarkably similar to the set they had in Stranger Things, but the rest of the house has a decidedly more southern flair as depicted by the pictures on Zillow.
Just from the style of the furnishings in the home it’s clear that this is no honey from the actual Midwest, there’s a lot of Georgia and the south to be had in that home. But hey, they had to do something after Vecna destroyed the place, you know? Stay tuned!!!
