Netflix La Casa de Papel (Money Heist) spoilers reveal there’s a new cop in town. In seasons one and two, we saw Raquel Murillo (Itziar Ituño) work to stop the heist of the Spanish Mint. However, things took a crazy turn. Raguel is now part of the gang, thanks to her love for The Professor (Álvaro Morte). Well, that and a little bitterness toward her former profession/co-workers. For season three, Alicia Sierra (Najwa Nimri) stepped in to investigate the new heist. Let’s take a look at this character and how much things changed with her introduction.

Netflix La Casa De Papel (Money Heist) Spoilers: About Alicia

This is one heck of a character. La Casa de Papel spoilers indicate she was practically itching to get into the mix. She seriously did a celebratory gesture when she got the call. And she made quite the entrance. When she came in, she took charge big-time, and made a lot of demands. Except she’s pregnant. So most of her demands initially involved ordering her subordinates to get her all the snacks. She seemed right at home, and she gave us a couple of great moments during the season.

The first was before the gang secured Rio’s (Miguel Herrán) release, she’d been interrogating him. Only she wasn’t exactly gentle in the process. However, this was all part of The Professor’s plan. He expected them to do that, and had advised everyone to play for all it’s worth. To that end, Rio made sure to take a fall when he came off a plane transporting him. Newscasters everywhere were talking about the poor, tortured prisoner and the evil official that mistreated him. Alicia’s complaint? She thought she looked fat on TV. It was a great show of her personality. It also signaled it was a new day in Spain.

Netflix La Casa De Papel (Money Heist) Spoilers: Ahead of the game

Not only did she torture Rio, but Alicia is not above taking a huge, calculated risk to get things done. While Raquel was once concerned about the treatment Tokyo (Úrsula Corberó) received after her arrest, and she was doing everything as cautiously as possible to save the hostages, Alicia’s a gambler. Knowing huge State secrets were stolen that could put a lot of officials behind bars, she decided to neutralize their threat. The plan? Release a bunch of controversial info about different important people. By the time the robbers release the true secrets, no one will know what’s real and what isn’t. And the reporters will have fact-checked enough of the first rumors to doubt any other info that comes.

Netflix La Casa De Papel (Money Heist) Spoilers: Aggressive

Besides that, her team is far more aggressive. Again, Raquel and her people did everything possible to avoid harm to the hostages, as well as the robbers. They never would have made the call this team did near the end. First off, Alicia helped stage the execution of Raquel (know known as Lisbon) so the Professor would get sloppy and make mistakes. They’re also going all in in terms of force to catch the criminals. This includes having a sniper shoot Nairobi (Alba Flores) after tricking her to a window. They’d sent a teddy belonging to her son in the Bank of Spain, then brought the kid himself out in front of the building. She was so distracted by seeing her son again, Nairobi was a sitting duck at the window. Currently, she’s in terrible shape from the bullet wound. We’ll be looking forward to what’s next, because with The Professor’s fury and her methods? It’ll get ugly.
