    NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For July 20: Bad news

    Starting off, Days of Our Lives tease Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) has to deliver tragic news to Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash). As Friday saw Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) get the shocking news that Vivian Alamain (Lousie Sorel) is dead, we can imagine what she’ll have to tell him. We feel horrible for this character.

    We are already anticipating the great work Barash will do with this material. He was already freaked out about his family tree, but the emotional toll will surely be heavy. He’ll never get to ask questions of his mother to learn more about her. And we’re not so sure Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will be very forthcoming with his new brother.

    Elsewhere, it seems an unexpected funeral stirs mixed emotions. Seriously? That seems awfully fast, as Vivian just died. And we’re not entirely convinced. We think she’s pulled off a con that allowed her to escape the Salem PD. But we definitely see the mixed emotions. People like Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow), for example will surely be celebrating this news. Jake? Maybe not.

    So far, weddings this summer are a bust. From the life and death drama at the Elani wedding to Sami Brady’s (Alison Sweeney) food fight, it’s been ugly. And one wedding never happened. It was up to #Cin to break this curse, but we’re not hopeful. There’s two reasons for this. Obviously, someone has been trying to sabotage the event. But, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease a medical crisis threatens to derail Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) wedding. We’re guessing that Ciara might have an issue after drinking with Claire Brady (Olivia Rose Keegan) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold). But is Claire involved? We don’t think so.

    Then, there’s another reason to doubt this day will go well. It seems Ben will have an unsettling dream about Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley). It sounds like a bad omen to us, and might be hinting at a resurrection. Or Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) returning to get revenge. We’ll have to wait and see how this turns out.
