NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers finds that star Chrishell Stause (Jordan Ridgeway) feels as though she has nothing to lose. The actress, who is also known for her role on the Netflix series Selling Sunset, has signed on for the new cast of Dancing With The Stars Season 29 and according to the actress and reality star, she’s ready to show off her best moves on the dance floor this year. Here’s what she has to say.
While Chrishell certainly feels excited for this new chapter in her life, there’s no doubt that this past year has been a difficult one for the brunette beauty. Both of her parents passed away and her husband of under three years, Justin Hartley, pulled the plug on their marriage this past November.
Realizing that she needs a fresh new start on things, Chrishell says that she’s ready to take on a new challenge in the highly-rated dance competition series.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight in a new interview, Chrishell said, “I feel equal parts excited and completely terrified. It has been a crazy journey and I would have never imagined this is where I would end up.”
Chrishell also says that she is looking for something “positive” in her life and that Dancing With The Stars seemed to be the right answer for her.
“An experience I can kinda throw myself into and just kind of learn a new skill and have fun at the same time,” she said of what she’s looking for. “I have no dance experience, so it’s going to at least be a laugh for all of us.”
Now, as far as whether or not Chrishell will return to ‘Days of Our Lives’ remains to be seen. But with her new gig on Dancing With The Stars and Selling Sunset helping her become a celebrity household name, it doesn’t look like the actress will be returning to her soap roots anytime soon.
