NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers finds that Kristian Alfonso, who has potrayed the legendary Hope Williams Brady for 37 years on ‘Days of Our Lives’ is now leaving ‘Days of Our Lives’. Since 1983 she has been a fixture in our homes and along with Peter Reckell’s ‘Bo Brady’ she was one half of the supercouple ‘Bo and Hope’. For 3 decades we have tuned in every day to see her on-screen escapades, now Salem is going to feel a little bit emptier without her in it.
“I will not be returning to Days when it resumes production in September.” she said. “I’ve already filmed my last episode several months ago.” no word on what the exit for the iconic Hope Williams Brady will be yet, if it’s death or if she simply moves on from Salem in order not to be a part of the whirlwind anymore. It’d be nice if it were the latter, that way if Ben and Ciara had those precious grandbabies then Grandma Hope could always come to visit and dote on them, or they could always send them to Grandma to visit when they were too busy running around chasing after criminal activity. But then there would be something iconic about Bo coming back for his ‘fancy face’ one last time. (I’d cry! Just sayin’.)

NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Kristian Alfonso leaves DOOL
She told Deadline, “I feel blessed and honored to have been invited into people’s homes for over 3 decades. However, it is now time for me to write my next chapter.” and my, we wonder what that next chapter will be. Whatever it is, we wish her the best of luck on her next endeavor. However, we aren’t going to lie, we’re very sad to see a big part of Salem history leave. We get that sometimes an actor has to leave the stage to pursue other endeavors and to allow for their growth, but that doesn’t mean we don’t miss them when they go.
I still miss the Bo and Hope dynamic to this day, but sadly, I know those days are past and now will never be again. (Thank God for youtube though!) We here at DSD will keep you posted on when Hope Williams Brady makes her exit. Stay tuned!
