We were waiting for this one. It seems Gabi is thrown by Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) unexpected demands. As soon as Gabi came up with that fake marriage idea to keep her position, we were waiting for the catch. And now, here it is. Gabi might not have a choice but to obey Ava if she wants to keep the votes in her favor.
However, we do think she’s going to wish she’d just chosen the unemployment line. After all, her big ideas usually go wrong for her. If she’s lucky, she might be able to avoid jail for fraud after taking care of that pesky lack of evidence Ava and Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) made it official.

Elsewhere, the Abigail murder investigation is keeping Marlena busy. After helping Lucas Horton (Brian Dattilo) to unlock some clues as to the night in question, she’s back on duty. This time, she’s putting Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) under to see what she remembers about that night. We’re not expecting any real answers yet, though. More likely, this session will lead to more questions—and suspects.

As for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal she’s wasting no time taking Kristen’s advice. She’ll once again try to make inroads with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer). And if that session doesn’t give a clear alibi for Saraha, you know Gwen will use any and all information.
She’s already done a great job of capitalizing off Sarah’s unfortunately timed hallucination. But we’re holding out hope Xander won’t fall for this. As much as we have enjoyed Gwen, she did Xander wrong. We just don’t see a reunion working out.

As for Kristen, she’s anxious as Dr. Rolf tries to work his magic. Based on that promo, we have a feeling whatever he’s trying will be a success. And we once again have to give props. He might have… questionable projects at times, but he gets results where others fail—and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), we’re looking at you.
