Anastasiia Lenna, former Miss Grand Ukraine will be taking up arms and fighting back against the invading Russian military from taking over her country. Ukrainians have been coming out from every walk of life and showing how much their country means to them, from former professional boxers, the President himself, and now even beauty queens.
Lenna has more than 188,000 Instagram followers and warned Russians on her page that she would be shooting to kill. Her Instagram post read,
“Everyone who crosses the Ukrainian border with the intent to invade will be killed!”
She also referred to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who has been gaining worldwide fame, as a “true and strong leader.”

She’s been sharing photos of herself in military garb while sporting weapons she is more than willing to use to protect herself and her fellow countrymen as well as asking for donations to allow her military to fight off the Russian invasion.
Unfortunately, while it appears that she’ll LITERALLY be taking up arms with her country, the weapon she’s holding is just an airsoft gun and most likely a photo op. She has been an avid airsoft player and posts several photos of her airsoft guns.
While it may not be 100% true, it is a sign of a strong country and they have been showing Russia that they will not back down. It would have been amazing to see that she was heading out to the lines as the Klitschko brothers, but unfortunately, it is an airsoft gun.
We continue to pull for the Ukrainians and donate where we can to help their resistance. We only hope some of our leaders will do more than to just block off Russian President Vladimir Putin’s bank accounts.
