British Royal Family News find that Meghan Markle might want people to believe that she knew very little about royal life before she met and eventually fell in love with Prince Harry, but that doesn’t seem to be the case at all.
In fact, one of Meghan’s blog posts from 2014 seemingly debunks this claim, as Meghan wrote that she wanted to be more like She-Ra than a modern day princess like her future sister-in-law, Kate Middleton. Here’s what you need to know.

While Meghan told Oprah in her explosive interview last week that she didn’t grow up knowing much about the royal family, some investigative critics believe that couldn’t be further from the truth.
That’s because she even blogged about dreaming of becoming a princess, even though she wanted to be more of a fictional sword-wielding princess like She-Ra than one like the Duchess of Cambridge.
“Little girls dream of being princesses. I, for one, was all about She-Ra, Princess of Power,’’ wrote the now-duchess of Sussex in 2014.
“For those of you unfamiliar with the ‘80s cartoon reference, She-Ra is the twin sister of He-Man and a sword-wielding royal rebel known for her strength,” Markle said in her since-nixed blog.
“We’re definitely not talking about Cinderella here,” she continued.
As everyone knows, Meghan, of course went on to marry Prince Harry in 2018, becoming a princess herself. As much as she says that she wasn’t paying attention to the royals, she sure was during Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding in 2011.
“Grown women seem to retain this childhood fantasy. Just look at the pomp and circumstance surrounding the royal wedding and endless conversation about Princess Kate,” Markle mused.
