Love is Blind cast members, Deepti Vempati and Kyle Abrams told the world that they had fallen for one another after they both did not get married as part of the show’s experiment. The two of them became best friends very quickly and started hanging out every day.
Soon, they could feel the chemistry building between them and they decided to date one another. Although their relationship was short-lived, they both talked about how they are still very close friends.

When Kyle broke the news about his new girlfriend, fans were shocked that things didn’t work out with him and Deepti. He had mentioned to his followers on social media that he was dating again and this time, he was planning on keeping it a very private relationship. Deepti wanted to share with fans that she approves of his new girlfriend.

She wrote, “I’ve met her a couple of times because Kyle and I run into each other all the time in Chicago at the same events and things. She even came up to me and was like, ‘You’re so sweet!’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, of course, I’m not going to be a mean girl. That’s not who I am at all.’ I just want him to be happy and do whatever he wants with his life.”
There have been some feelings come up that were to be expected with seeing your ex-boyfriend with another woman. Deepti said, “It was too hard for me to see him with other women. I don’t know how he felt because I was dating someone else too.”
When Kyle and Deepti were on Love Is Blind, they met who they thought they would marry, but it turns out that they weren’t right for one another. Kyle matched with Shaina Hurley and their religious beliefs were a huge part of the reason that things didn’t work.
She was very religious and tried to convince Kyle that he needed to be as well, especially if they were ever going to have children. This didn’t sit well with him and Shaina ended up breaking his heart and leaving him on their ‘honeymoon’.
We are happy that Kyle has found a new love of his life and we hope that this goes well for him. Deepti hasn’t mentioned if she is dating again, but with her personality, looks, and motivation, she will have to find a man that can appreciate all of those traits in her.
