Just a few months ago, Little People, Big World former cast member, Jacob Roloff dropped the bomb on his fans that he had been molested by one of the producers of the show when he was a child. Of course, viewers were very shocked to hear about this, but also happy that Jacob was able to come out about this.
Many fans had mixed feelings about him announcing this now and not years ago when it happened. There were even some fans who started to question his parents and gave them a lot of backlash for letting this happen. Of course, Amy Roloff and Matt Roloff were unaware that it was happening at the time and they have stood by Jacob ever since he told them.

With these allegations coming out, many fans wanted to know what happened to Jacob‘s abuser and there were also some fans that think that Jacob is just doing this for attention, but it seems that those fans are not big ones of Jacob.

The truth of the matter is that Jacob and the abuser are the only two people that know exactly what happened between them. His parents know what he has told them and they continue to support him no matter what. We are just curious if the abuser got reprimanded for what he did to Jacob.
When those who are abused come out with allegations in their adult years, it can be pretty tough for the abuser to get reprimanded. This is a horrible thing to be accused of and when it happens, that person’s reputation is completely tarnished. Although, when we think about what Jacob went through, it is hard to see this side of the argument.
The producer, Chris Cardamone, has served time before for sex crimes that he had already committed against another child. It looks like he served about 75 days in prison for abusing another child. Cardamone was arrested on October 20, 2008 in his home in Santa Clara, California.
Fans are trying to figure out if the arrest was for Jacob’s abuse or if it was another child. If we do the math, Jacob would have been between 10 to 13 years old, so the timeline does seem like it could be during his time on the show with him.
We are unsure if Cardamone served the time for Jacob’s charges, but he did get some time and we are happy that some justice has been served.
