Lifetime ‘Married at First Sight’ (MAFS) Spoilers finds that Zach Justice was confronted by host Kevin Frazier during the Reunion Special. Zach’s marriage to Mindy Shiben ended two weeks before Decision Day, and Zach’s clear lack of commitment led to their demise. In an awkward turn of events, Zach could not seem to articulate his actions while being questioned by Kevin.
Kevin did not hold back during the Reunion Special. He strategically caught cast members off-guard when it came to tough or embarrassing subjects. Kevin asked Zach, “What changed from your wedding day, when you said that you will always make [Mindy] feel like the most attractive woman in the world, and you will always make her feel good and positive?” Zach failed to provide the details Kevin was hoping for. “I think just a lot came over me where you’re not thinking strictly back to the wedding day and your vows,” said Zach. “You get distracted by everything else that goes on in the process.”

Kevin asked the question again. Zach replied, “It’s hard to say. It’s not like I reverted back to those vows every time I was going through these tough situations.” He then began speaking in circles: “It was just you’re overcome with different ideas and different thoughts, and it’s a tough position to be in, I guess you would say. When you watch yourself make mistakes in the process and really miscalculate things and opportunities…”
Upon Kevin’s increasingly puzzled facial expressions, Zach tried elaborating: “Early on when you try to be direct and communicate, you go into it thinking, ‘Alright, relationship, marriage — let’s make this work,’ and how do you figure this out versus just kind of go with the process? And I think I thought too much and I obviously said too much.”
Obviously irked, Kevin retorted, “I mean, we can talk in circles all day long, we can… I’m listening to you. I mean, sometimes we don’t know what in the hell you’re talking about.” It is painfully obvious that Zach has no self-awareness and is taking zero accountability for his poor treatment of Mindy. He claimed he “never checked out,” but Kevin fired back that he “never checked in.” Mindy’s guarded body language during the special says what words simply cannot.
