If you spot Sharon Osbourne looking for something, it’s a good chance that it’s her career, because at this point it’s safe to say that it’s all lost. The Talk co-host is once again getting some heat for calling her colleague Julie Chen “slanty eyes” and actress Sarah Gilbert a “p***y licker.”
This comes after she supposedly said Holly Robinson Peete was too “ghetto” for the show. Here’s what you need to know.
If there’s anyone in the celebrity world that doesn’t mind spilling some tea, it’s former The Talk co-host Leah Remini, who is letting it all out about Sharon Osbourne. According to Page Six, Leah says that Sharon often lashed out at her co-hosts for many different reasons.

“I mean, who the f–k does slanty eyes think she is? She shouldn’t be pillow-talking with our boss,” Leah Remini recalled Sharon Osbourne saying at one point during the morning show’s first season — referring to Julie Chen and her husband, Les Moonves, who was at the head of CBS at the time.
Sharon allegedly added of Sarah Gilbert, “Why won’t the p—y licker do anything about the wonton?” and “Why won’t the fish-eater be part of this discussion? She’s the f–king executive producer.”
Earlier this week, Holly Robinson Peete alleged that Sharon might have been one of the reasons why she got fired from the show.
“I’m old enough to remember when Sharon complained that I was too ‘ghetto’ for #theTalk…then I was gone,” Peete claimed on Twitter. “I bring this up now bc I was mortified watching the disrespectful condescending tone she took w/her co host who remained calm & respectful because…she HAD to. ??♀️ ??♀️ #fbf.”
In response, Sharon’s publicist has said, “The only thing worse than a disgruntled former employee is a disgruntled former talk show host. For 11 years Sharon has been kind, collegial and friendly with her hosts as evidenced by throwing them parties, inviting them to her home in the UK and other gestures of kindness too many to name. Sharon is disappointed but unfazed and hardly surprised by the lies, the recasting of history and the bitterness coming out at this moment.”
“She will survive this, as she always has and her heart will remain open and good, because she refuses to let others take her down. She thanks her family, friends and fans for standing by her and knowing her true nature.”
