It’s no secret that Netflix’s ‘The Witcher’ plays with the stories from the books from Andrzej Sapkowski, though they do try to bring in whatever they can from the books and video games for the fans. As a fan of the novels (and a man who owns the box set), I was overjoyed when I saw Nivellen from ‘The Last Wish’ will make an appearance in season two!
Nivellen is the cursed man who lives in the secluded house with whom Geralt has a long conversation over dinner with. The story is interesting, and as we learn more about Nivellen, the more we grow to like him, though his history may be a bit dark! I am overjoyed to see a live-action Nivellen, this short story is one of my favorites and instantly got me hooked into the series.
