‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers love how no good deed goes unpunished in soaps, and that’s something Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is about to find out the hard way.
With Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) under attack, all the evidence Brick (Stephen A. Smith) was able to finally dig up doesn’t put him in a good light, and there’s going to be some issues with that.
While Brick said he didn’t find Dex’s offshore account the first time, it sounds more like the writers are backtracking since Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) paid him before he went into Sonny’s employ, but it works and makes Brick look like he didn’t mess up.
Unless Brick did catch it like was hinted at the first Pikeman shipment and is he one trying to take out Sonny like some fans believe.
We still this it’s Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) thanks to some WSB brainwashing, but we have to wait to find out. Until then, Dex is the man of the hour, and he’s not going to like it.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Holding the line
It goes without saying that Dex will be confused as to why Sonny’s turned on him, but ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers expect things will become clear when Sonny asks about his offshore account.
Unfortunately for Dex, we think he’d rather die than give up Chad as his financer and out his own plan, especially when it leads to both of them betraying Sonny initially and would only delay Dex’s execution.
But there is a chance Dex will have an angel waiting in the wings to help him as Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will be hurrying to find Dex.
Assuming she gets there in time, this will be the second time she saved him from Sonny and what that’ll do to her and Sonny’s relationship will be interesting to see.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – More fallout
Of course, if Joss comes clean, then the whole truth will have to come out whether they like it or not, and that’ll lead to Michael and Dex betraying Sonny initially.
Sonny may consider that Dex proved himself since, but he still won’t like that he kept it from him and that could still mean the end of Dex, though in this case a possible exile.
That’ll leave Joss with having to decide to go with him or not, and also put Michael on the hot seat once more for putting him in danger.
And when Sonny finds out the depth of Michael’s betrayal and everyone of his family knew about it, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)’s betrayal won’t seem so horrible to him.
