‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal that Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) recently discovered that she’s pregnant with Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) baby.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sasha Slept With A Married Man
This situation isn’t good for several reasons. The first and most glaringly obvious issue is that Michael is married to her so-called best friend, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
Willow and Sasha aren’t exactly on good terms either. Not since Sasha gave Willow a cold, hard dose of reality when she told Willow that the only person to blame for her marital troubles is herself. Ouch.
Second, Sasha works at the Quartermaines, and Michael and Willow live at the gatehouse near the mansion, where Sasha works as the family cook. It’s not exactly ideal.
Sasha has longed for her own child ever since she was pregnant with Brando Corbin’s (Johnny Wactor) baby, Liam, who sadly died at General Hospital.
Sasha confided in Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) that she’s afraid the next baby she tries to have could also die. She doesn’t want to go through that again.
Sasha’s first line of defense will likely be to hide her pregnancy. Despite their devastating break-up, Sasha trusts Cody Bell (Josh Kelly).
Cody and Sasha didn’t break up because one or the other betrayed the relationship. They had to let each other go because they discovered they were first cousins.
Cody came to Port Charles as a con artist. Sasha is no stranger to cons since Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is her mother. Together, they may be able to devise a plan.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sasha Could Help Brook Lynn And Chase Become Parents
Another potential option is right in front of her: Maxie. A couple of years ago, Maxie and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) pretended that Baily Lou belonged to Brook Lynn to keep the child from evil Peter August (Wes Ramsey).
Could Sasha involve Maxie in her plans? If Sasha decides to give the baby up for adoption, Brook Lynn and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) would be the ideal choice.
The two aspiring parents desperately want to have a baby, but what if Brook Lynn experiences fertility issues and has difficulty conceiving?
Brook Lynn and Chase may consider adoption, and Sasha could realize that the best situation for the baby would be a stable two-parent family who could care for the child.
It could be a way for Sasha to help two people she cares about. She’s known Brook Lynn for a long time, and she’ll be a wonderful mother. However, it may be too painful for her to go through with it.
That brings us to the last scenario: Sasha bites the bullet and decides to be a single mom. All she has to do is pretend she had a one-night stand with a man she’d never met before that night at the bar, which could be her cover story. She already told Maxie this tall tale, and she seemed to believe her.
Sasha wants a baby of her own, and she may not have the heart to give it up. Brando would want her to have a second chance, and Sasha would be the best mom ever. Hopefully, this is the path she’ll choose to take.
