‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest that Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) has some big secrets. One big secret has a price tag of $50,000 which is pretty significant. Where did that deposit come from and what is it about?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Uncomfortable Conversation
Martin meets his girlfriend, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) while she is catching up with Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson). Sasha wants to hear all about how The Deceptor came to be. Lucy gushes that Marty played a big roll in its development because of a conversation that they had in bed. After they talked and Lucy slept on it, she came up with the idea.
During this conversation, Marty seems uncomfortable. He says that none of this had to do with him really and all the praise belongs to Lucy. He doesn’t really want to discuss it. Sasha says this is so romantic and there is only one thing left to do. She thinks they should get married. Both Martin and Lucy answer at once, “No!”
Martin doesn’t want to get married, and Lucy said the same thing because she knows that’s how he feels. Deep down she hopes that he will change his mind. She has to work on convincing him. Martin has had a series of tough marriages and is still plagued by his ex-wives. But is this the only thing keeping him from marrying Lucy?

After leaving Lucy and Sasha to continue their visit, Martin gets a notification of on his phone. Lucy had just mentioned to Sasha that Martin was the greatest because he did not demand any money for his contribution to the product. But, as Martin sits by the pool, his phone tells him that he just received a $50,000 deposit.
Did he secretly patent The Deceptor and is he making bank over it without her knowledge? This could be why the conversation was so uncomfortable for him.
Or is he getting some major pay-off from a questionable client? It is hard to tell what is going on, but Martin is keeping it close to his chest. Lucy should stay away from someone who can’t be honest and forthcoming with her.
Right after he gets the deposit, Marty received a text from ex-wife number 3. She is demanding that he contact her. Is there something going on with her still that means he is not able to marry Lucy? Is it possible that he is still married but it just claiming to be divorced? Or does she know what he is up to financially?
