‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that fans love Tracy Quartermaine. She has always been one character that you love and hate. Tracy is played by Jane Elliot. There have been two others that played Tracy, and one was very briefly, the other, was teenage Tracy, who was played by Allison Miller in 2006. Tracy Quartermaine ( Jane Elliot) is the daughter of the late and rich businessman, Edward Quartermaine ( John Ingle). Her mother was the late, Lila Quartermaine ( Anna Lee).
Tracy (Jane Elliot), had not been seen since 2017, then on December 23, 2019, she made an appearance to see Port Charles and the newly remodeled mansion. Jane Elliot began playing Tracy in 1978. She has been Tracy for many years. Jane Elliot decided to retire in 2017. Jane Elliot took her maternity leave in 1989 and Christine Jones was her stand-in. Jane Elliot played on another soap as well as GH at the same time. She was on ABC’s Sister Soap called the City. She stayed on this show until it was canceled in 1997. Elliot came back to Port Charles in 2003, and she stayed there until she retired in 2017. Fans were devastated when they found out that she was leaving Port Charles. Tracy did come back to see Port Charles in December of 2019.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: What Happened to Tracy Quartermaine
For those of you who do not know about Tracy (Jane Elliot), she is the spoiled daughter of the Quartermaines. She has two kids, who are Ned and Dillion. She has a granddaughter, who is, Brook Lynn. The first time she was on GH, she was getting into it with Monica, who was married to her brother at the time. She went on a brief hiatus and came back in 1989 to help her mother. Tracy was involved in a lot of drama and asked to leave the mansion. When she left, she took her son Dillion with her and fled to Europe. In 1996, Tracy ( Jane Elliot) returned. She came back with big hopes. She was going to attempt to take the family business away from her own son. Things did not go as planned and Tracy failed miserably. She took off again, this time to New York City. Here, she ended up getting married to a mobster. Her husband died, therefore, she inherited his business and money.
Soon after, Tracy returned home with her teenage son, Dillon. More drama and craziness occurs, this time involving Luke Spencer, and marriage to him. However, Tracy and the Quartermaines suffered a huge loss. Their father, Edward, passes away. Their business, ELQ, is in the family feud over who gets the family relish recipe. Tracy started having headaches often. She goes to the doctor and they tell her she has brain cancer. She goes into remission and recovers at the hospital. The next time we see Tracy is 2019. She comes homes for Christmas only to see the mansion remodeled and looking very different. What else will happen with our favorite Tracy on GH? Stay tuned to see what else happens with the mansion.
