‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers finds that when you thought all holiday soap episodes were the same, the soap comes and does something wildly different! On Monday, December 23rd, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) will start off by reading A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens, which will quickly turn into Dr. Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) own version of the tale. Apparently it starts off harmless enough, in the waking world, with Finn being accused of being a Scrooge by Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) because it would seem that he’s going though some parenting difficulties. This is his first Christmas with daughter Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) so there’s bound to be a few bumps along the way.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Tracy Quartermaine Returns
They won’t be the only ones clashing, it looks like he’ll also have some words with Anna DeVane (Finola Hughes) that will strike a cord with him and leave him in a rotten mood before bedtime. Monday will also be the day that Tracey Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) returns, complete with updates about what she’s been up to in Amsterdam. She claims that all she wanted to do was come back for a good old-fashioned Quartermaine family Christmas but it looks like there’ll be a few secrets up her sleeve that she hasn’t revealed yet. No telling what those will be. I can’t wait.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Dr. Hamilton Scrooge, paging Dr. Hamilton Scrooge!
In Finn’s dream, Dr. Liesl Olbrecht (Kathleen Gati) will serve as a spirit guide for him (I know, I’m giggling too!), we’ll get to see Finn as a miserable miser and at some point we’ll hear bah-humbug too! Because of course, it just wouldn’t be Christmas without that phrase being uttered somewhere in the Christmas vernacular. Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) will start as Bob Cratchett, which means that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) will be Mrs. Cratchett and the rest of the Friz family will be the Cratchett brood. Aiden Webber (Jason David) will probably end up as Tiny Tim, and through this Christmas Special Dr. Hamilton Scrooge–er–Finn, will learn the true meaning of Christmas and maybe a bit about what being a good Dad actually means. I can’t wait, stay tuned!
