General Hospital spoilers suggest that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Breuning) may work together to find out who poisoned Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Brook Lynn And Lulu Called A Truce
Brook Lynn and Lulu don’t exactly have a warm relationship. To say there is no love lost between them is a staggering understatement.
Lulu pestered Brook Lynn for months on end, eventually exposing the secret that Gio Palmeri (Giovanni Mazza) is her son.
Gio found out in the worst way imaginable thanks to Lulu’s machinations. Brook Lynn didn’t even know that Gio was her son until Lulu confronted Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) at the Nurses Ball in her relentless pursuit of the truth.
Brook Lynn got pregnant by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) when she was a teenager. She believed she gave the baby up for adoption, and she and her mom buried the truth.
Leading up to the big reveal, Lulu seemed to only care about hurting Brook Lynn and spilling Brook Lynn’s long-buried secret to Dante.
Then Brook Lynn decided to seek revenge on Lulu by finding out as much as she could about how Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) stole Lulu’s embryo and gave birth to her son, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr).
Rocco didn’t know anything about it, and Brook Lynn left a file with Rocco’s name on a table at the Quartermaine mansion.
Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) discovered the file and showed it to Rocco. Both Brook Lynn and Lulu’s children have suffered at the hands of their petty feud.
Now, the two women have appeared to have buried the hatchet (for now) and are forging ahead with a truce since their mutual BFF, Maxie, had a heart attack and is fighting for her life at GH.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: The Two Women Would Be Stronger Together
Maxie may even fall into a coma the same way Lulu did, which has triggered Lulu since she recently woke up from hers.
GH spoilers indicate that Maxie was actually poisoned, possibly by Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota). Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) already suspects foul play.
Maxie and the other Deception ladies were in the middle of a segment on Home & Heart. Maxie was demonstrating a new facial cream when she suddenly collapsed and had a heart attack.
Thankfully, Maxie’s heart is working properly now. Apparently, the reason Maxie hasn’t awakened is due to a toxin that was present in her system, due to the face cream.
It makes sense for Brook Lynn and Lulu to team up to uncover who’s responsible for poisoning Maxie. The two of them may soon realize that something is amiss and start investigating how exactly this happened.
Brook Lynn may even share with Lulu that Maxie was the only one who intended to go to the PCPD and come clean about the dirty money Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) invested in Deception.
If any two people could put the pieces of the puzzle together, it’s these two women. Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) was right when she told Brook Lynn that she and Lulu have more in common than she thinks.
Both women are smart as a whip, intuitive, and never let anyone push them around. Most of all, they both love Maxie dearly.
