‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers: tell us all how Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) were never romantically involved. However, they did share a quickie in the Quartermaine family crypt that led their daughter, Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava Scarola).
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sonny and Ava Cook Up More Than a Scheme
Spoilers indicate that Sonny and Ava will soon be scheming together. This scheme could have something to do with Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) taking Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) baby, Ace Prince-Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), or it could involve Esme’s memories returning, or it may have nothing to do with Esme.
The point is that they will be in cahoots, meaning they could get closer, and sparks could fly. Sonny may not be in the right frame of mind, and he sleeps with Ava in an effort to take his mind off of Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) betrayal.
Sonny does care about Ava in the sense that she is the mother of his child. As far as that goes, they are fiercely loyal to each other.
Sonny helped her when she thought she had killed Nikolas, and Ava is the type of person who doesn’t mind Sonny’s dark side. It’s what brought them together in the first place.
Ava’s stay at Sonny’s penthouse was innocent when Nina was around, but now that Sonny has kicked her to the curb, he may look at Ava in a new light.
It would be an impulsive and possibly regretful decision if Sonny still loves Nina and Ava loves Nikolas. Not to mention, Ava is one of Nina’s only friends in Port Charles.
But hey, Nina did cut Avery out of Ava’s womb and try to steal her away from her mother, but who’s keeping score?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Sonny Shuts Nina Down
The whole situation would create a great, big, soapy mess. The mob boss and art gallery owner share much more than Sonny and Nina.
Ambitious and powerful, Sonny and Ava are both flawed and have an unflattering past, but they always come out on top.
Whether the two plot to end Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) or catch Nikolas on the lam, the characters have chemistry and are highly entertaining.
Sonny insisted that Ava and Avery come to live with him until they find a solution. Maybe they will finally solve the mystery of who killed Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth). If it wasn’t Nikolas, who was it?
Until they figure that out, Ava and Avery aren’t exactly safe. Ava living with Sonny may set the stage for a major hook-up.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: What Will Nina Do if Sonny and Ava Hook Up?
So, if that happens, how would Nina react? Nina is not someone anyone would want to cross. She may try to set Ava up for revenge. Nina wouldn’t do anything to harm Ava, but she could sabotage her gallery.
She could do anything. Nina is not ready to move on from Sonny. She is holding onto the hope of reuniting with her husband.
First, Nina sicks the SEC on Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), and if Ava sleeps with Sonny, it will be the second time she goes after the mother of Sonny’s child. What will Sonny do to stop Nina from taking revenge?
