‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate that Ryan is about to cause even more chaos in Port Charles as he is setting his sights on a new victim. While the serial killer managed to kill Ava’s daughter Kiki Jerome, he botched his attempt to kill off Lulu last week. But that doesn’t mean he’s giving up just yet. Here’s what you need to know.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Ryan Sets Sights On New Victim
Just last week Ryan attacked Lulu but unfortunately for him, she managed to get away. She was found unconscious and on the floor by her mother Laura Spencer, who quickly rushed her to the hospital. During his attempt to kill Lulu, Ryan suffered a massive, piercing headache that left him blind. General Hospital viewers can expect to see Ryan pretend to be Kevin in order to work with Anna and Finn to see what made both him and Anna blind.

Of course, just because Ryan is pulling off double duty by also pretending to be Kevin again, this doesn’t mean he’s slowing down or giving up on his plans. There’s a very good chance that he might attack Lulu again or he might move on to his next victim. As a matter of fact, General Hospital spoilers tease that Sonny and Carly might have targets on their back. He was going to try and get rid of them before Lulu.
One of the reasons why he would kill off Sonny and Carly is because of Ava’s long and complicated history with them. And since Ryan is so obsessed with Ava, he is willing to do just about anything for her, including getting rid of the people she despises the most. Ryan is determined to get rid of someone soon, one way or another, and we know Sonny and Carly are prime targets on his hit list.
