There was a twist ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers didn’t expect after Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) got his memory back, and that was Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) talking him out of selling Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) out.
It was a curious moment, and Ned said he’ll wait until things clam down, which even then will be a huge mistake since, as Olivia said, everyone is happy.
Well, not everyone, but more on that in a minute.
It’s one of a pair of bullets Nina dodged as Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) prevented Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) from delivering her coffee to Nina and overhearing her and Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight)’s conversation, which would have given everything away.
But that may be the last favor fate plays for Nina, as Carly’s lap dog, we mean Drew, is intent on a hostile takeover of ELQ to pay Ned back for reporting him. It makes sense since he told Carly he wanted to move past it, but it looks like he’s not such a saint after all.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Finding her footing
With the air cleared between her and Martin, Nina’s living a privileged life as she has everything she wants without being the evil, vindictive creature she’s often accused of being, though she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty.
So, she’s intent on making good with everyone as best she can, and that include selling Carly back her half of the Metro Court.
Of course, Carly will take it as a red flag, like we’re supposed to forget Nina offered to give it to her after she bought it, but Carly refused.
One thing Nina has going for her is Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen) is in her corner for a change, and she sees Nina for what she is, and this will complicate things for Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Drew.
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Still trying to pass the buck
There is absolutely no good that can come from Michael or Ned outing Nina except as their own petty revenge, and Michael knows this. He knows it’ll destroy his family, so he’s taking the coward’s way by trying to drop hints for everyone to pick up on.
The fact he doesn’t want to be responsible for the aftermath shows he knows he’s in the wrong, but that won’t stop him from nudging others to do it so he can absolve himself of any responsibility.
With all of that going on, it’s possible the secret will stay hidden until Drew attacks Ned and Ned spills the beans to protect himself, and then things will fall apart across the board unless Michael denies it and erases the recording.
How will Nina’s secret come out? Let us know in the comments below and check back with ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
